What is PST?
PST stands for Pacific Standard Time. Its offset from UTC is UTC-8, 8 hours behind UTC.
PST is the winter time of the Pacific coast of the United States and Canada, eight hours behind UTC.
PST is also used for Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8), which is a different time. This page is about the North American Pacific Standard Time, UTC-8. Most of British Columbia stopped changing its clocks in 2026 and now stays on UTC-7 all year.
